Supporting Our Community

Pier Gives Back

As part of The Cotton Collection of hotels and restaurants, giving back to our community matters to us. We’re proud to support a range of non-profit organizations across our region. Our team also volunteers throughout the year to make a positive impact close to home.

Because our annual donation budget is limited, priority goes to organizations and events within the counties where we operate. We also contribute to a variety of fundraising efforts in different ways throughout the year.

Due to the high number of requests we receive, we’re unable to consider inquiries submitted by phone, email, or fax. To be considered, please complete and submit the online form.

All donation requests must meet the following criteria:

Donation Request Criteria

  • The requesting organization must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
  • Requests must be submitted at least eight weeks before the fundraising event.
  • The online form must be completed in full to be eligible for review.

You’ll receive an email notification once a decision has been made regarding your request. Donation certificates may come from any of our locations, including Bay View Inn, Crooked River Lodge, Hotel Perry, Weathervane Restaurant, or The Pointer Boat. If your request is approved, you’ll receive a gift certificate from one of these properties.
